What if I am not able to attend the hearing on the date and time?

  • If you are not able to attend the hearing on the date and time, please file a Motion for Continuance.  Continuance requests must be submitted 10 days before the scheduled hearing.  Only Emergency requests will be considered within the 10 days.  Please make sure to include any documentation with the request.  Also, please note whether the other party and/or counsel was consulted and if they are in agreement with the request.
