What if we need more time than the 30 minutes?

  • If you need more than 30 minutes, you can file a Motion to Designate Case Complex.  It will result in a conference with counsel to determine any discovery issues.   If the Motion is granted, the Hearing Officer will determine the amount of time that the hearing will need.  A Discovery Order, listing items that are to be exchanged, will be issued shortly after the conference.
