Employment Officer

This position promotes equal opportunity for all county employees regarding their terms, conditions, and privileges of employment. The office advises management and staff concerning the federal, state, and local laws concerning EEO and employment. This position is responsible for the completion and submission of EEO-4 reports.

The EEO officer provides assistance to staff members regarding the verbiage of county policy and procedures. This review is conducted to ensure that the policies do not intentionally or unintentionally discriminate against any protected class members.
