Information for Interested Businesses

The Recorder’s Office is asking all Montgomery County businesses to consider participating in this discount program.

  • Enrollment would be for a year with an annual automatic renewal. 
  • Participants are asked to give 30 days written notice if they plan to withdraw from the program.
  • Merchants provide discounts to veterans at a percentage of the cost or a specific dollar amount. 

This is a unique opportunity for businesses to advertise their products or services, increase their customer base, and most importantly, show their appreciation to our veterans who have served to protect our freedoms.

 Participating merchants are separate and independent entities from the Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds Office. Such merchants provide discounts on goods and services on a voluntary basis, and will not necessarily self-identify as being part of the Montgomery County Veterans’ Discount ID program. Although participating merchants are asked by the Recorder of Deeds to give 30-days written notice if they would like to withdrawal from the program, and every effort is made to keep this list current, the Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds Office cannot warrant or guarantee that the merchants will provide the discounts. Accordingly, veterans should present their Montgomery County Veterans’ ID card at the time of initial purchase or transaction and ask for the discount as listed to ensure the merchant’s ongoing participation and terms. The Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds Office does not control, warrant or make representations or endorsements as to the accuracy or quality of the goods and services provided by the participating merchants, nor does the Montgomery County Recorder of Deed’s Office endorse, recommend, or favor any views expressed, or products or services offered by, the participating merchants.
