Let's get crafty! At these FREE, drop--in workshops, kids will make themed crafts at their own pace. All materials provided. Pre-­registration preferred.

The Art of Botanical Illustration

Sat. April 6th at 1 pm

Master Gardener Sharon Gross will present the history of botanical illustration, discuss contemporary techniques, and lead drawing exercises. Pre--registration preferred.

Our new exhibit will present the history of the Perkiomen Railroad, one of the most scenic railroads that connected Valley Forge to Emmaus and onto Allentown. Artifacts and photographs of the Perkiomen Railroad will be on display from the Perkiomen Railraod Historical Society. Included on all guided tours. All ages; FREE

Revolutionary War Weekend

Sat. May 18th from 10 am to 5 pm

Sun. May 18th from 10 am to 4 pm

Experience a Revolutionary War encampment at the Mills! This weekend of history and excitement will feature live demonstrations, musicians, speakers, and much more. There will be activities for the whole family. Check our website for more information.

Music of the Underground Railroad

Sat. June 8th at 4 pm

Celebrate Juneteenth with musician and historian Joe Becton.  He will present stories and songs of the Underground Railroad.  All ages welcome.  Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on.

Pollinator Party

Sat. June 15th from 10 am to 3 pm

Celebrate World Pollinator Week with the Friends of Pennypacker Mills.  There will be speakers, kids' crafts, games and craft vendors.  All ages welcome!
